From the time we bought the carpet at the store itself, our experience with AJ Rose was very positive. They took us through many choices and they did not try to sell us the most expensive products. They knew we wanted a carpet for a condo we were selling, so that meant something decent but not overboard. They were good about that.
When they came to put it in, all the electricity went out in the complex. I thought that would be a big problem for the installers, but they worked around it. They did everything they could and did not complain. They just did what they had to do. Afterwards, they walked me through to make sure all of the furniture was put back in palace. However, after they were gone, I realized that they did not put one of the doors back on the hinges. It was in the laundry room, so we all missed it. We called them and they immediately called back and offered to return that night, but we arranged for them to come back the next day.
I recommend them.
