The staff at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring is wonderful, nice, and helpful. The actual job was not good because my carpet was left wet, and it took two days to dry. This is unusual...

Excellent 1/31/2012

I was so pleased with this company. /this may sound gross, but I had many pet satins on my carpet from my aging dog. They are Gone!!!!!! Will definetly have them back agaian. Good value. Great job more

Does a great job. 1/17/2012

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring did a rug for me, and they did a pretty good job. They are known in the industry for being a little expensive, but they do a good job. If you have a rug in really bad shape, like mine was, they will do a great job with it. I can't recommend them for small jobs because they will get beaten on the price, but I definitely would recommend them on larger jobs. more

This company is eager to make the customer happy. 1/6/2012

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring has a fairly good selection of items to choose from, and I had a really great time working with the salesperson, he was very patient and easy to work with. The product and quality were exceptional. Also, they were very accommodating to our time frame. The installation was very neat, clean and well-coordinated. The tenants who were moving in, were very happy with the job they did. There was one thing that needed adjusting, and they came right back and fixed it with no problems. This company is eager to make the customer happy. I'd definitely work with them again! more

Would use again. 12/21/2011

The only negatives was that I went in to buy carpet and I wanted to use their credit. It was an unusual thing for them, and the people at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring weren't prepared to do it. It would have been easier to offer a credit plan that was much easier, but they weren't used to doing it. AJ Rose Carpets did offer me a credit plan and I took it. When they came to install the carpet, they told me that I needed to pay the balance due even though I was on their credit plan. They had to make a phone call to the store and it would have been a big problem if no one answered. Other than that, I love the carpet. I liked the way they installed it. I would use AJ Rose Carpets again. more

Everybody was so helpful. 12/8/2011

I've shopped at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring before, and I couldn't have been happier. This time I was looking for linoleum to replace what was damaged in a flood at one of my rental properties. The salesman said that carpeting would be less expensive and better for us, so we decided to put in carpeting instead of the linoleum. When it all went in and it looked beautiful, I knew we made the right choice. The installers, the salesman, and just everybody at AJ Rose helped so much. They made an intolerable situation more tolerable, and everything looks great. Even my tenants were thrilled about it, which makes it all even nicer. more

I knew of AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring before because they had done a wonderful job for us years ago. AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring installed some carpet for our basement. The installation was very good and the young fellows who installed the carpet were meticulous and did an excellent job! The rug we got is top quality! I'd recommend AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring and have already recommended them to family, friends, and relatives! We found out about this company years ago when we saw their advertising and sign. I would say you can't go wrong with them! The carpet wears like iron, looks good, and the installation is excellent! Paul Furdon more

Terrific from start to finish! 11/10/2011

We were putting off replacing our carpets for about five years! Then we started getting serious about it. One of the reasons why we didn't do it was that we feared we would be jerked around and that nobody would explain things to us. We thought that when they were working on our whole house, there would be days and days of disruption, which would be overwhelming. Finally, we just decided we had to do it. It was so easy I can't even express it!! Going through the whole process from the very beginning to running into our first customer rep Pete, it was so easy and the quality of the work done by AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was amazing. We can't get over it. We're so pleased with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring and we're happy to endorse them!! more

Great experience 10/13/2011

I visited the AJ Rose showroom in Natick where Barry assisted me. He made my job as an interior designer easy! I explained what type of carpet my client was looking for. Barry listened and then showed me 3 or 4 types of carpet that he felt would best suit my client's needs. From these I made 3 selections to show my client- one of which she felt was perfect. The carpet was ordered in a timely manner, the installation was excellent. The carpet looks beautiful! Happy client! Happy me! May I add that their carpet and flooring selection is outstanding. Making a choice would be difficult if the staff was not so knowledgeable and attentive. more

Great experience! 10/12/2011

We were in a crunch. The carpet at my work hadn't been cleaned in years, and we were planning on having an Open House. I was scrambling to find somebody to work with me on the time. I did a Google search and found AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. AJ was very accommodating and willing to work with my crazy time schedule. He was very timely and showed up when he said he would. They worked quickly and did a great job, the carpet looks fantastic! I was thrilled with the outcome. Also, they were very pleasant to work with. I've never bought carpet from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring, but I have used them for carpet cleaning. The technician that comes out to clean the carpet is a super nice guy with an outstanding personality. He took some extra time to get the heavy debris out of the carpet. We don't have any young kids, but we do have a puppy putting a beating on the carpets, and he went the extra mile to get out all the stains and make sure it was perfectly clean before he left. He was a perfect gentleman, and I called AJ Rose to thank him for his work. more

I actually emailed the person that helped me at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring, telling him how great my experience was so he would know how I feel. He was really good! I went in there one day to tell them what I was looking for, as I am inexperienced with carpet shopping and I had a certain budget that I had to stay within on spending, and they were really patient with me. They found something for me, came out to measure, and installed it within a week. It went very smoothly, and it was perfect when they were done. more

The installer from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was great. They were fast. During the project, they helped me with carpet choices, and were professional and friendly. I've lived here a long time and have always known about AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. Our basement was flooded and AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring replaced the entire carpet and did a great job! It's a great service and it's a nice company. more

Beautiful results! 8/23/2011

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring put carpet in our bedroom. We had taken a lot of the furniture out already, we're older and we didn't want to throw our backs out-again, but it was good that we had done what we did because the guy was by himself and moving furniture is a two man deal. I didn't think it was fair to him. However, he did good moving the rest of the furniture and putting the carpet in. It looks beautiful! I also used them for putting vinyl down in the kitchen. It looks wonderful, don't get me wrong, he didn't leave me any scraps in case I needed to replace a piece! But it looks great, he did a really good job cutting it for me. Everything got done when they said it be done, and everything looks wonderful! I'd definitely use them again. more

Patient and professional. 8/9/2011

I recently purchased a rug from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. There were two colors I was interested in, and I couldn't decide between them. The salespeople I dealt with were very patient while I made my decision. Once I knew what I wanted, they ordered it for me and installed it once it arrived. It was a very neat and clean installation, they did a good job. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. more

Great quality, excellent customer service, speedy turnaround. 7/11/2011

I recently moved just down the street from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. I stopped in one day to inquire about a project I had in mind, and dealt with Andrew. He was great about helping me figure out the best product to meet my needs. I found what I wanted, at a price I was comfortable paying, and two days later the installers arrived. AJ Rose put new carpet on the stairs in my home, complete with edging. The two gentlemen who performed the work were very responsive, and great about knowing what my needs were. They were also considerate about my home, and made sure not to track dirt inside. They cleanup was great, as well. This was my first time using AJ Rose, and when a new project comes up, I will definitely use them again. They are very customer conscious--I got a follow-up phone call from Andrew right after the work was complete. They also offer good value, and will work with any budget. more
