Excellent Experience with AG Heating & Air Conditioning Overall We had lost power to air conditioner & heater. I found AG Heating & Air Conditioning on the Internet (Google Search) and called late Friday afternoon. I don't remember the name of the girl I spoke with but she was up front and said that he couldn't get someone that evening but would be able to first thing Saturday morning. We agreed that I would keep looking for someone who could come sooner and she would have his person check with me at 8:00am Saturday morning to see if we still needed him. I got a call at exactly 8:00 am from AG Heating & Air Conditioning as promised. She said the Tech would be down before 9:30 and he arrived at 9:10. He was obviously very knowledgeable and very quickly figured out what was wrong, explaining to me along the way everything he was doing, checking and thinking. When he determined that the problem was outside the house from breakers, he flipped the breaker and all was good.. The Tech also gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any questions about any other issues. I have had a number of bad experiences with contractors in this area and this was the exact opposite. I really appreciate the honesty and openness from the first person not trying to promise getting someone out sooner so that I would not call anyone else when he couldn't make that happen. I especially thank AG Heating & Air Conditioning for their experience and educating me so I would not be taken advantage of. That is so rare these days and really means the world to me. Because of your obvious company policy of caring about your customer, I would use AG Heating & Air Conditioning again in a minute and would definitely call right away, Also, considering that you service a large area, I will let as many people as possible know about you as possible. My wife and I moved into our home in 2001 and had the AG Heating & Air Conditioning Service techs check out our heating unit the following year. They cleaned and serviced our heater professionally and affordably. In the past few years we have had AG Heating & Air Conditioning Service come with little notice as in the case where we needed our air conditioning to be serviced during our family reunion. We also had required a few other unexpected maintenance calls. Each visit was done by a professional and highly trained staff in which we were pleased with the service provided. Two weeks ago on a Saturday night our heat stopped working and a service tech was dispatched; within 2 hours the tech corrected our issue with a parts change. At the outset, meeting you at a local Home Depot, you distinguished yourselves by being different than many of the other mechanical firms and that positive difference has been displayed time and time again. You showed up when you set appointments and followed through to accomplish all that was set out in the initial sales call. The staff that was in and around our home during various stages of the process was professional at all times. They took as much time as was necessary to answer questions and do the calculations to provide an accurately sized system to meet our needs. We met with AG Heating & Air Conditioning and bought the central air system for our house we were living in then. In July we bought a bigger house so my brother Kyle could move in with us and started the process of making the house more energy efficient. Kyle wanted to add solar panels to the roof and we were dealing with several estimators on this. At the same time I wanted to get a new air conditioning and heating unit for this house so had AG Heating & Air Conditioning come out and do that. I asked questions about the a/c unit we had and had them do a consult on the efficiency of our units. One seemed to run all the time. They gave us a very reasonable price and we accepted it. The thing that impressed me the most was we had already picked someone to do the solar panels, all 40 of them and a solar water heater and AG Heating & Air Conditioning was willing and more than able to work around those guys and take down 2 a/c units, a swamp cooler and install 2 new a/c units in 2 days. They also reworked the duct work in our pantry and made it more efficient and quiet. All the guys were great and cleaned up fantastically . Our light bill was cut in half and I give credit to the new units. We bought two 4 ton 16 seer Lennox hybrid systems and are very happy with the results. Again, thanks so much! Great work you guys. I am referring particularly your Sales Manager who recently sold me an air-conditioning system for my home, replacing a 20 year old system. He was immensely patient in answering my many questions and out did himself in commiserating with me about the price which was his most difficult sell, all the time ensuring me about the quality of the product. He truly is a very good salesperson and a very simpatico person, as well. He made spending so much money almost pleasurable (if that is possible). While I'm at it, I can also commend your workmen who worked in an absolutely stifling attic for close to 12 hours and did not leave until everything was absolutely right. So far I am very pleased with the system - especially with its quietness and the evenness of the temperature - and I am reassured to know that if there is a problem, AG Heating & Air Conditioning will be there to help.
