Sometimes I procrastinate, but when I don't I appreciate responsive and available service. I had called around today because I know AAA Service prices (since I have used them so much in the past) and wanted to see if I could find something better. However, no one was able to assist me for more than 7-10 days nor give me competitive prices. I called AAA back, and not only were they able to give me same day service, they also gave me a discounted price due to military service AND honoring a coupon. I typically get its "one or the other". As it pertains specifically to the technician, he was knowledgeable, social, receptive and responsive to questions. He had a ride-along with him, and I could see his leadership as he was questioning Nicholas with stats and data. Overall, it felt as though Chris and I had been friends because the conversation came so easy. Nothing beats working with a friendly person where they make you feel comfortable in your own house. (I know many can relate to having an awkward encounter in your own house). At any rate, I feel assured and confident that Chris B and AAA Service completed a quality and thorough check of my furnace. This was my first encounter with AAA Service. I thought I might need one or more toilets reset for the sale of my home. Gordon was prompt and checked out all the toilets, tightened up three of them and informed me they did not need resetting. I'm impressed with the integrety of AAA Service. They even waived the trip charge since I was a new customer. Pam and Kerry in the office were as great and professional as Gordon was in my home. more

Henry B. was very capable and personable. Extraordinary care was taken to keep the carpet clean. The equipment used was more compact and maneuverable than I remember. The sewer cleaning was done quickly and well and has a year's warranty. more

I have had them do large amounts of electrical work and plumbing work. They are very professional and go beyond anything I would expect. Thinking that some things need to be fixed or changed where they could have charged me quite a bit more than I anticipated, yet they explained (Joel, Greg) why it didn't need to be done right now. Each and every employee I have talked to or encountered has had my interests as a concern and completed each and every job in a timely manner. Other companies I've called won't even quote you a price before they have to send a tech out to evaluate it. Then you have a trip charge on top of that. AAA has always played a straight game and I'll never call anyone else for my plumbing, HVAC or electrical needs. more

Just had a successful service visit with AAA Service with Henry B. Henry is an accomplished plumber who completed the job quickly, thoroughly and to my total satisfaction. I will be requesting Henry for any future service calls. Not too mention, he's friendly and polite! more

Technician was prompt and very courteous. Was a slight problem with the time; was scheduled for between 3-5 but he showed up and 1 pm because that was the time he got which was not a problem. My problem was the price for the service. I think I misunderstood the technician when I was talking to him on the phone or I was scammed (he had showed up early and I was not at the rental house as I had planned). The problem was the dryer had been being venting into the basement and the furnace was extremely dirty and filled with lint because of this. I was told he would need to do a Precision Tune & Pro Cleaning and the dryer would need to be vented through the wall which would require drilling a hole through the basement wall to the outside. I was, I thought quoted a price of $887 to do all of this. to which I said "Shoot no for $900 I could just about buy a new furnace. Just do the cleaning and I will go get a dryer vent box from Home Depot on my way over." Which I did. After the technician was finished. about 3 hours he gave me bill. it was for $986. I asked why was this so expensive. He said because it was a lot of work ($99 for service call and $887 for cleaning). I said yes but it only took about 3 hours and that's about 300 bucks an hour that's a little expensive. No parts were replaced! . I paid but I learned a lesson. Not to use AAA again! I will say the technician was very polite and courteous though. more

Every point from price of service to Bio-Clean Product was discussed in detail. Plumbing problem was resolved efficiently with minimal disruption. more

My technician gave me the education and instruction I needed to learn how to light the water heater. He also tagged the water and gas shut off valves and showed me how to operate them and attached an Emergency Shutdown decal to the water heater. I appreciated that he didnt make me feel bad about not knowing how to light the heater! He kept his professionalism at all times.. I was also given a coupon for $36 off my next service. Thank you! more

Joe Delong came to do check up on my furnace and found a gas leak. He explaind to methe cost of the repair on a 20 year old frunace. Then proceeded to ell me that since I had jsut purchased (less than 2 months ago) a new A/C unit from AAA that I coudl get a big discount on purchase of new furnace. So I chose to gowith new furnace. Joe was very personable, seemed to have my best interst at hand,and seemed very knowledgeable of his job. I appreciated his thoroughness of explanation and what would happen and setting up installation for today.I also appreciate the promptness of AAA with appts. which has not been the case with other services I have delt with this summer. Joe Delong came to my house to do a furnace check and found a gas leak. He explained the cost of the repair and then proceeded to tell me since we just (less than 2 months ago) had an A/C installed with AAA , that we could get a big disocunt on purchaisng a new furnace now. The cost of the repair ona 20 year old furnace didn't seem the way to go since for $3000 more I could get a totally new furnace with a 10 year gurantee on parts. So I deceided to go with the new furnace. Joe sseemed to be a very honest man to deal with and seemd to have my best interest at hand. He proceeded to set up the installation and had things going for me. I appreciate his politeness, friendliness, knowledge of his job and takng care of things in a timely manner. That has not been my experince of late with other companies I have delt with this summer. Thanks Joe for a good job! more

AAA ran machine 100'. Went from slow slow drain to plugged. Superv came out to camera line. Said I needed $3,100 of line with clean out (10' of line) Left with sewer plugged. Next day another company came out, one pass 30' in, sewer unplugged, camera line, had one small low spot, put in clean out for $1,500. more
