Joe Delong came to do check up on my furnace and found a gas leak. He explaind to methe cost of the repair on a 20 year old frunace. Then proceeded to ell me that since I had jsut purchased (less than 2 months ago) a new A/C unit from AAA that I coudl get a big discount on purchase of new furnace. So I chose to gowith new furnace. Joe was very personable, seemed to have my best interst at hand,and seemed very knowledgeable of his job. I appreciated his thoroughness of explanation and what would happen and setting up installation for today.I also appreciate the promptness of AAA with appts. which has not been the case with other services I have delt with this summer. Thanks Joe for a good job!
