My technician gave me the education and instruction I needed to learn how to light the water heater. He also tagged the water and gas shut off valves and showed me how to operate them and attached an Emergency Shutdown decal to the water heater. I appreciated that he didnt make me feel bad about not knowing how to light the heater! He kept his professionalism at all times..
I was also given a coupon for $36 off my next service. Thank you!
