Sometimes I procrastinate, but when I don't I appreciate responsive and available service. I had called around today because I know AAA Service prices (since I have used them so much in the past) and wanted to see if I could find something better. However, no one was able to assist me for more than 7-10 days nor give me competitive prices. I called AAA back, and not only were they able to give me same day service, they also gave me a discounted price due to military service AND honoring a coupon. I typically get its "one or the other". As it pertains specifically to the technician, he was knowledgeable, social, receptive and responsive to questions. He had a ride-along with him, and I could see his leadership as he was questioning Nicholas with stats and data. Overall, it felt as though Chris and I had been friends because the conversation came so easy. Nothing beats working with a friendly person where they make you feel comfortable in your own house. (I know many can relate to having an awkward encounter in your own house). At any rate, I feel assured and confident that Chris B and AAA Service completed a quality and thorough check of my furnace. Thank you to both.
