Review content:
Had them clean our carpets in February 2012 after we babysat a puppy and they had some accidents. First off they do not clean, they soak the carpets. It took over a day before I could put our furniture back into our rooms. We had the heat cranked up to 78 with three box fans blowing. After they dried we noticed that the urine smell was still present, and the carpets did not look any cleaner. We called and they stated that they could come over and re-do the carpets, but it would cost $25 per room. HOW REDICULOUS!!! Oh but wait, they also offered ""as a favor to us"" the opportunity to go to a carpet cleaning store to purchase something called Odorcide and clean them ourselves. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The sad thing is we unknowingly used the same carpet service last year: The kid in the Beat up Bronco referenced in another review came over... good grief I feel dumb :(
