It appears as if this company used to get good reviews and in the last few months has let their business die. I am very frustrated with them- had a living social coupon for window washing and they scheduled me three months out for October. The morning of the appointment it snowed so they resheduled. No one ever showed up the next week and they never called. I called repeatedly and no one ever answered or returned my call. I got a refund from Living Social. Disappointing customer service and NO service ever rendered. Make your own conclusion.
