We bought a Groupon Coupon and forgot about it actually expired, but i called the company anyway and asked, they honored the Groupon for us, the manager was very kind and really worked with us on that. my Husband was injured at work and was out of work for a few months and in and out of the hospital so we just forgot about it, it was very nice that they took some compassion and honored the Groupon deal for us.. then they showed up.. On time, worked quickly, got the stains out, and were very professional, i was pleased, only took a few hours to dry. one of the spots came back the next day, I called the office and they sent someone out that afternoon to do the touch up. we will call again.
