I didn't get a good feeling from this outfit. When the furnace was installed, the installer forgot that I paid for the A/C coil and it was to be installed at the same time. Ha...

Sam Krulewitch was thoughtful by being friendly, informative, thorough in his work, answering my questions almost before I asked them. I watched him at his work in testing and repairing the leaking ductwork in my house. I found him very knowledgeable about these processes. I felt that he dis a very professional job. more

Excellent service, knowledgable repairman 7/13/2011

Travis did an excellent job trouble shooting our repair problem. He found a simple fix that avoided a very costly repair part for our Venmar unit. He even showed me how to adjust the unit if the problem occurs again. I will definitely call AAA for service and repair of our heating, cooling and ventilation. I trust them, they could have charged me for a $1000 plus part and install, but instead looked for a simpler solution first. Travis was a terrific representative for AAA. more

integrity best describes the AAA outfit. Very well communicative and punctual. John was very professional in handling our crazy schedule at Aequis Spa. Josh, the man that came in and did our updates and additions to purify our air was a down right great guy, love to fish..hahaha. That's an indicator of the friendly service you will get with AAA. The staff, and the technicians who have come to my home, Deven, Nitya and Travis, are professional and more than happy to provide information regarding my heat pump, furnace and thermostat. This company knows its stuff! 6/8/2011

After having called three other comapnies since last August to service our 8-year old Lennox heat pump - and spending hundreds of dollars in parts - we were about to give up on the entire hvac system. We read this company's ads and web site info, and figured one more phone call could not hurt. AAA Heating & Cooling sent out Travis the very next work day. He listened carefully to our stories of past diagnostics and repairs. He then gave us his thoughts as to the trouble. Turned out to be our thermostat, not our heat pump! Travis spent about 90 minutes with us, going over the complete workings of our hvac system and installing a new thermostat. He charged us just for the diagnostic call, and the new thermostat. That was nine days ago and everything is running like new! Thanx, Travis. more

Have dealt with AAA for over 5 years and have been very happy 5/23/2011

AAA shows up when thay say they will. If there is any problem, they immediately do their darndest to correct it. Once, during a heat wave 2 & 1/2 years ago, AAA had a technician at our home at 9:30 pm, and he worked until 11:00 pm and fixed our A/C. more

Very thorough 5/19/2011

Rich and Derron cleaned my furnace ducts. There was years of dust and pet fur. They made sure that the ducts were thoroughly cleaned. I appreciate their thorough job. they were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely use AAA in the future whether for duct cleaning or furnace servicing. more

AAA Heating & Cooling 5/2/2011

AAA installed and serviced my AC for years. When the furnace became an issue I called them. George and Josh installed the new one. Not only did they do an excellent job, they found several hundred dollars a family member had stashed and brought it to me. They could have kept it and we would never known. So major thanx to them and AAA for hiring reliable and honest employees. more

AAA Heating & Cooling are in it for the long-haul. I feel like if anything goes wrong with our new furnace, even if it's down the line, AAA will be here to fix it. They have great follow-up. I was also really impressed with the great service they provide. They are always nice and professional. They also offer decent prices. I really like them. more

A very positive experience. 2/2/2011

AAA Heating & Cooling was very responsive and very dependable. They were here when they said they would be, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were swapping out our heating and cooling system, because we bought a new system from them. At one point they referenced an electrician we were going to need to do some work. They also told us approximately what it would cost for the work. When we let them know it exceeded the cost, they reimbursed us. They were very, very good. It wasn't a substantial cost difference, but it was close to $200. I researched them before we chose them, and everything I looked up was good and positive. We also had a very positive experience. Even when the wrong size air conditioner got delivered they didn't postpone us. Instead, someone else drove out from their shop and delivered another one. more
