I didn't get a good feeling from this outfit. When the furnace was installed, the installer forgot that I paid for the A/C coil and it was to be installed at the same time. Ha...

I'm sorry I was sold a furnace that was not technologically sound; I hope that the problems can be corrected so I don't have to constantly attend to the heat. 12/29/2010

I have had a lot of problems with the furnace AAA Heating & Cooling put in. They put a new, top-of-the-line, high efficiency, $5,000 furnace into my home. The problem is with the furnace, not with them. It is a faulty furnace. They came out today for the second time to look at it. I was without heat for 4 or 5 hours, but now I have heat. It is not actually fixed though, because we need a part. They don't have the part, so I have to wait while it is ordered. There is definitely something wrong with the furnace, and AAA Heating & Cooling will fix it. We just have to wait for the part. They have been very nice about it. They have come in and really tried to make it right. It is not their fault; it is the fault of the bad furnace. more

Overall, our experience has been great. 11/29/2010

AAA Heating & Cooling installed all of our new duct work, our furnace, and air conditioner over a year ago. We have been really happy with the work they did. They now come out to perform maintenance, and they do a very thorough job. They go above and beyond our expectations. They are nice, informative, and friendly. Overall, our experience has been great. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. 10/24/2010

Sam came to our house for duct testing and duct sealing. He was very friendly and did a great job. We're looking forward to seeing how much we save on our heating bills this winter. We also had Richard come out to do duct cleaning, since we had evidence of having mice in our ductwork. He was also friendly and professional. Overall great service. My only request would be to receive a confirmation call the day before the service - I just wondered whether I had written down the correct day for our cleaning. more

AAA technician prompt and professional! 10/11/2010

I called AAA to inspect, clean and tune-up my gas furnace. Nitya Sundar very professional and friendly. He had the wrong size filter with him, so he went directly back to the shop and got the right one. He checked for carbon monoxide, and informed me of the need for carbon monoxide detectors in the basement, main living areas and bedrooms. more

Just plain excellent. 9/27/2010

This is the second air conditioning system AAA Heating & Cooling put in for me. They put in a system about six years ago at a house, and we just moved into a condo in April and they put in an A/C system. I called them again because they did such a good job at the house six years earlier. They do really good work. They're expensive and were my highest bid but they do real good work, and the customer service is excellent, the warranty is excellent, and everybody I dealt with including the installer was excellent. I talked to the same people I talked to six, seven years ago, so their people stick around. They knew exactly what they were doing. They're really good. I was nervous because it was supposed to be 95 degrees the day after the work was scheduled. This was on a Friday, and it was supposed to be 95 on a Saturday. They didn't know if they could get an electrician out there but they did. I've recommended them already to a couple of people. One guy couldn't afford the price so he had to settle for second best. more

The appointment was arranged for Monday a.m. on date entered above. The technician, Travis, called as promised, and arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient, and knowlegeable. When finished with the work, he explained everything and made some helpful suggestions. We are impressed and very pleased! Thank You!! more

AAA Heating & Cooling has been my primary vendor for the gas furnace and gas water heating since 1983. Everyone one that worked at my home last week to do the duct cleaning , install the new furnace and dehumidifier were very nice and professional. The service and experience with AAA Heating & Cooling was excellent in 1983 and exceptional in 2010. The furnace and water heating in a home is a major necessity. It is good to know I can rely on AAA Heating & Cooling to always be there for me. AAA Heating & Cooling is comprised of good honest hard working people who care about their customers. This is why after all these years I stick with AAA Heating & Cooling !! Thank you !! more

Top Notch. 6/9/2010

We contacted AAA Heating & Cooling Inc. and had their person come out to talk with us about a new system. He spent about and hour and a half to explain what we needed and what we should do. Our air conditioning system was about 26 years old, and so we decided to replace it all. Everything was really top notch. They have replaced everything. Our old Linux fan ran constantly and was noisy. Now our new variable speed fan is silent. When the heat kicks on it speeds up. So far, our electric bill has gone down about $40 a month. We really appreciate everything AAA Heating & Cooling Inc. has done, and so far it has all been very good. more

Prompt, clean, and professional. 6/7/2010

We have been using AAA Heating & Cooling Inc. for about 8 years. They are always prompt. The technicians are always dressed neatly, and they are clean and respectful of the house. They wear booties when inside. The technicians are also very polite. We have never had problems with the quality of work. One time we had a question about something they had done, and they came right out, rechecked it, repaired something, and didn't charge us. They really are prompt, clean and professional. As a home owner I look for that. I would like my technicians to be clean and neat-looking so that I can be comfortable having them in my home. more
