Travis did an excellent job trouble shooting our repair problem. He found a simple fix that avoided a very costly repair part for our Venmar unit.
He even showed me how to adjust the unit if the problem occurs again.
I will definitely call AAA for service and repair of our heating, cooling and ventilation. I trust them, they could have charged me for a $1000 plus part and install, but instead looked for a simpler solution first.
Travis was a terrific representative for AAA.
