AAA Heating & Cooling was very responsive and very dependable. They were here when they said they would be, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were swapping out our heating and cooling system, because we bought a new system from them.
At one point they referenced an electrician we were going to need to do some work. They also told us approximately what it would cost for the work. When we let them know it exceeded the cost, they reimbursed us. They were very, very good. It wasn't a substantial cost difference, but it was close to $200.
I researched them before we chose them, and everything I looked up was good and positive. We also had a very positive experience. Even when the wrong size air conditioner got delivered they didn't postpone us. Instead, someone else drove out from their shop and delivered another one.
