After having called three other comapnies since last August to service our 8-year old Lennox heat pump - and spending hundreds of dollars in parts - we were about to give up on the entire hvac system. We read this company's ads and web site info, and figured one more phone call could not hurt.
AAA Heating & Cooling sent out Travis the very next work day. He listened carefully to our stories of past diagnostics and repairs. He then gave us his thoughts as to the trouble.
Turned out to be our thermostat, not our heat pump!
Travis spent about 90 minutes with us, going over the complete workings of our hvac system and installing a new thermostat.
He charged us just for the diagnostic call, and the new thermostat.
That was nine days ago and everything is running like new!
