I didn't get a good feeling from this outfit. When the furnace was installed, the installer forgot that I paid for the A/C coil and it was to be installed at the same time. Had I not reminded him, they would have had to remove the furnace and install it. They installed the wrong thermostat (I was promised a programmable). I tried to tell him it wasn't right but got nowhere with that. Eventually the correct one was installed after a week. The furnace installer had to fabricate some sheet metal, and left a big gap for air to be sucked in past the filters. The second crew that came out noticed this and had to redo the sheet metal contraption that the first guy put together. By this time, I'm starting to wonder about these people. When the duct seal guy came out, he left one of the returns all taped up. I didn't notice it until the next day, and of course the furnace had been running. No harm I'm sure, but still... And finally, after the duct seal took place, three weeks went by before I realized they never sent me the paperwork so I could get the energy trust refund and tax credit. I called to remind them, and they promptly sent it...postage due. Nice touch, folks. I can't recommend this company. more

We had duct sealing and testing. He was here about 6 hours and found many cracks and disconnects. He fixed all of them and sealed them. He explained everything very well and we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to have their house checked and made more energy efficient. more

Today we had our furnace serviced and cleaned. The technician Rocky was very helpful and personable. He noted we do not have carbon monoxide detectors and suggested I get one immediately and told me where and how to install it. He also gave me details on air duct cleaning. In addition, he fixed a vent that was hanging lower than the gas line which could lead to a carbon monoxide build-up. I will call upon AAA Heating and Cooling again for our furnace needs. more

Rocky came to our home on time. He took his shoes off and was cute with my kids. He did his work fast and gave me lots of info about our furnace. In short, I was completely satisfied with him. A pleasure to have in my home! more

Annual Service on our furnace was done 10/17/11 and the Service Tech, Rocky, was both professional and courtesy. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and just had a good attitude. The people in the office, as well, are always nice. I thought it worth mentioning. more

I bought a furnace in 2006 from AAA Heating and Cooling, Inc. and have used their Annual HVAC Service. The furnace has run beautifully with no problems, and the annual service has been excellent. The technicians that come to the house are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The only issue I have is scheduling my annual HVAC service; I have asked for two years in a row to have the technician come in September--however, my request has not been honored. If the company could fix this glitch, I would be a totally satisfied customer. more

Our 10 year old furnace was making horrible sounds periodically, so we called AAA for service. Todd arrived on time and got to work right away. It turned out that our motor was about to go out. Todd asked us about how we used the furnace, and then reviewed several different options for dealing with the repair. There was absolutely no pressure to select one option over another. We ended up going with a new energy efficient motor that should save us money over time, and more effectively push air to the second story of our home (this had been an issue in the past). Now 3+ months later, we have seen an improvement in the air flow in our home, particularly on the second floor. We are very satisfied with the service AAA supplied and will continue to us them in the future. more

We are long time customers of AAA. Rocky came out for service/maintenance,did an excellent job. Very polite and knowledgeable.Suggested an upgrade that should save us a considerable amount of money on our energy bill. more

Todd serviced my Payne heater within one day notice. He found a few problems of which I was unaware. He saved me a bundle by catching them early. Todd offered several suggestions for enhancements which were very useful without being pushy. I would highly recommend both Todd and AAA. more

Our high-efficiency furnace (which was already installed when we moved in) was turning itself off unpredictably. Nothing seemed to help--not a new thermostat nor the service calls made by several other heating companies. AAA was able to identify and fix the problem during their first service call. We've been happily using them for annual maintenance ever since. more

We hired AAA to install our new furnace three years ago, based on BBB ratings and interviews with numerous highly rated companies. We were very happy with the product and installation. Since then, we have had annual service performed by AAA. This year, Rocky was our technician. He arrived right on time, was pleasant and efficient, and gave me lots of useful feedback on the condition of our HVAC equipment. Josh installed a new furnace for us. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Josh explained everything to me and didn't mind my million questions. Josh was extremely detailed in the work he did for us ensuring that everything was installed perfectly (you should see the metal work!)WOW! I was given a 1-4 pm window for furnace service. I heard NOTHING from AAA until the GREAT technician showed up at 4:30!! Please fix your dispatch system to also keep the customers in the loop. My time is valuable too. Rocky was great and communicated my displeasure. I was given a discount off my service. I appreciated that. more

I had a great experience doing business with AAA Heating and Cooling. John Rodarte took the time to explain all of my options for A/C install and answered all of my questions. I received several bids for this job and Johns customer service was the quality that made me choose to go with AAA. Josh Heman did an outstanding job of A/C install. He worked very diligently to install my A/C unit in a timely manner. He also answered every one of my questions during the entire process. After the install I had the air ducts cleaned. Richard and Darran did an outstanding job. My overall experience with AAA was excellent and I will highly recommend them for future jobs due to the great customer service I received from all. more
