I bought a furnace in 2006 from AAA Heating and Cooling, Inc. and have used their Annual HVAC Service. The furnace has run beautifully with no problems, and the annual service has been excellent. The technicians that come to the house are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The only issue I have is scheduling my annual HVAC service; I have asked for two years in a row to have the technician come in September--however, my request has not been honored. If the company could fix this glitch, I would be a totally satisfied customer.
