I didn't get a good feeling from this outfit. When the furnace was installed, the installer forgot that I paid for the A/C coil and it was to be installed at the same time. Had I not reminded him, they would have had to remove the furnace and install it. They installed the wrong thermostat (I was promised a programmable). I tried to tell him it wasn't right but got nowhere with that. Eventually the correct one was installed after a week. The furnace installer had to fabricate some sheet metal, and left a big gap for air to be sucked in past the filters. The second crew that came out noticed this and had to redo the sheet metal contraption that the first guy put together. By this time, I'm starting to wonder about these people. When the duct seal guy came out, he left one of the returns all taped up. I didn't notice it until the next day, and of course the furnace had been running. No harm I'm sure, but still... And finally, after the duct seal took place, three weeks went by before I realized they never sent me the paperwork so I could get the energy trust refund and tax credit. I called to remind them, and they promptly sent it...postage due. Nice touch, folks. I can't recommend this company.
