Review content:
Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company was sent out to fix my air conditioning unit, which was under warranty. They were great: on time, very thorough and informative.
When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit.
I had 3 different teams from Williams and Fogg come in to survey the problem and help me. They were all good. They replaced the compressor and, since then, everything has worked out well.
When they came back one of the times, I had one room in the house that was particularly hot and I asked them what I could do to make it cooler. They put another vent in that room for me. They also gave me some additional feedback and help that I really appreciated and did not have to pay for.
I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job.
