A & S Carpet Collection

A & S Carpet Collection put a floor and backsplash in my new kitchen. They were recommended to me by the place I got my cabinets. They told me A & S was very good to work with, and they sure are! The workers came at the exact time on the exact day they said they would. They were very thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. The biggest thing I hear about remodeling work is that the workers don't show up on time, but A & S did! They were excellent, and they answered any questions I had. There was one little glitch, which wasn't their fault. It was an oversight, and when I asked them about it they had it done right within 24 hours. I would highly recommend them! I'm very, very happy with their work. more

A & S Carpet Collection was recommended to me by a lot of different people in our area. Everyone gave them rave reviews for their service. We bought carpet from them that they installed upstairs in three bedrooms, the hallway and the steps. I think the way they do things is very professional. The carpet installation was very nicely done. It looks great! The installers worked away all day. They didn't bother me at all while they were working upstairs. They seemed to work very diligently. There were no long breaks or standing out in the driveway. They just came and got it done. I would recommend them because it is so hard to get good service anymore, but you will get good service with A & S. more

My home is fifteen years old. A & S Carpet Collection placed the carpet in my old house and then we put an addition on and the builder gave me their name to get a discount, so when I wanted to redo the house it made sense to go with them again. I thought they were very fair. The house is huge and he recommended with some of the bedrooms that we just have them cleaned and see how it looks. I'm going to have my office cleaned too because they're so great. They came on time. They told me it was their number one team that they were sending. They called them the "A Team" and, believe me, they were. Everybody had a smile on their face. They were very considerate and took off their shoes and put those booties on when they were in the house. They said they'd be there two days. I moved all the furniture in one room, so they didn't have heavy lifting or that kind of thing to do. They were done by four'o'clock that day. They did an absolutely perfect job. The builders guided me in the right direction. I didn't get the highest or the lowest brand; I got the in between. I hadn't been feeling well, so I didn't go out to his shop. He came over to my house with everything, which I thought was very nice. We picked the carpet and it is so nice for the price. We're redoing house, but may put it up for sale, so I didn't want to put anything too pricey. When I went back to pay, everybody in the store was all, "Hi, how are you? Hi, how are you?" I have never had service so polite. Everybody was smiling and seemed really happy to be doing their job. more

This is the second room I've had A & S Carpet Collection carpet in my home. Wonderful quality, fabulous service, and any questions you have, they're a phone call away. They're such nice, stand-up people. I've recommended them to family who have also used the company and friends as well. I'm a repeat customer who will go back as well. They really treat their customers almost like a friend. It's a small store so you get one on one attention and it's just a really warm place to explore and get your materials from. You just know it's going to be put in whenever they say it's coming. They're just classy the whole way around both times I've used them. They really think about the customer by putting in time and paying attention to detail in what the customer wants and their satisfaction. more

The sales man was very good, I went in there and hauled carpet home three or four times. When he came out to measure, even though we weren't trying to buy flooring he measured our kitchen too. We ended up buying carpet and flooring. When he came back out to make sure he got the right measurements he brought even more samples. I was very happy with him, the customer service was very good. When the guys came to put in the carpet they were very efficient. I have no problems with the way they put it in. more

In my experience with A&S they have been very knowledgeable and very courteous. We've had three rooms done by them, this time was the spare tv / guest room. We decided what we wanted and went down and talked with Dave, he came up and measured everything and came when he said he'd be here. They made it so easy. The installer, Ron, does excellent work. The room came together better than I had anticipated, it's a comfortable room and I'm delighted with the service I got from them. They were even able to recommend people to help with the different areas of the room we were fixing up. When we're ready to do the next room there's no question where I will go. more

I had carpet, vinyl and laminate taken up in the whole downstairs by A & S Carpet Collection, so it was a pretty big job. I had it all replaced with hardwood. They were very patient during the whole process, from the salesman coming and looking and saying it was a big job. We looked at different materials and they were very informative about the differences in different types of hardwoods, I was really happy with the salesman. There just happened to be a sale going on so we got a good value on the hardwood we chose. The installer was great, they were here less days than they originally thought. more

A & S Carpet Collection was very wonderful and accommodating. They really had to put up with me. I made them wait for me to get ready for the carpet installation because I had to paint, and I'm very slow at painting because I'm not good at it and don't like to do it. Then I had to have a yard sale first, too, to get rid of a lot of stuff. So I kept having to say no, not this week, when they wanted to come by. I also found it hard to make up my mind in the store since I was being indecisive. They took so much time showing me the different styles of carpet, since I wanted a red, but they didn't have the shade we wanted in-store. They were just very, very nice. They made it stress free for me. They were not pushy at all. They did not hurry or rush. There was no pressure to buy. They didn't hound me to purchase things. On the phone, they explained everything nicely. They were prompt and on time. I was never worried about having the workers in my house. more

We first used A & S Carpet Collection a couple of years ago to install ceramic tiles in our kitchen. They were so great to work with then, that we just decided to go directly to them this time for our dining room. Besides, we love how our kitchen turned out. It's so beautiful and easy to clean! Basically, I knew what I wanted for our dining room floor, but our salesperson Dave was very, very helpful. He recommended many wood products we could use, and gave us samples to take home and lay down to see how it would look. Working with them was a really great experience again. He recommended two outstanding gals to do the wallpaper for us. Dave came out to measure, and he made the entire process so easy. I've never had a remodeling job go so smoothly. They were able to coordinate the installation of the floor between the painting we had done and the wallpapering. Step-by-step everything was so easy. They couldn't have been nicer. Ron came to install the floor. It looks beautiful. We chose a wood laminate floor, and Ron laid it out diagonally, and he did a fantastic job. He came, and had it down in one full day. It took him half a day to put in the base board. Ron is very courteous and professional. I can't wait for my entire family to see it. I love every inch of it! Even our cat loves it! I really enjoy how my rooms blend together, from the kitchen with it's lovely ceramic floor into the dining room with the wooden floor, they really flow very nicely together. I can't wait to use them again for our master bedroom when we decide to re-carpet it. I am so happy with both of my experiences with this company, I would highly recommend them to anybody! First of all, A & S has a beautiful showroom right here, locally, in the neighborhood. They are really friendly, and it's great to be able to go somewhere locally that is super professional, very friendly, has high quality products goods and competitive prices, and I would know because I've shopped around. When they came into my home, everything was exactly like they told me it was going to be. The guys did all the moving of the furniture for us, so we only had to pick up all the little items. They were quick, professional, they treated my home carefully, and the quality of the work was just phenomenal. They did run into unexpected things because it is an old house and that's just what happens, but they were able to make adjustments without becoming upset or anything. I've had other contractors come in to do work and even if they were really good they expressed their frustration more than they should have, but these guys, especially the hardwood installer, Tim, they were all mellow and didn't make a fuss about running into glitches. They handled it all very well, every step of the way. more
