A & S Carpet Collection was very wonderful and accommodating. They really had to put up with me. I made them wait for me to get ready for the carpet installation because I had to paint, and I'm very slow at painting because I'm not good at it and don't like to do it. Then I had to have a yard sale first, too, to get rid of a lot of stuff. So I kept having to say no, not this week, when they wanted to come by.
I also found it hard to make up my mind in the store since I was being indecisive. They took so much time showing me the different styles of carpet, since I wanted a red, but they didn't have the shade we wanted in-store. They were just very, very nice.
They made it stress free for me. They were not pushy at all. They did not hurry or rush. There was no pressure to buy. They didn't hound me to purchase things. On the phone, they explained everything nicely. They were prompt and on time. I was never worried about having the workers in my house.
