From start to finish, my experience with A & S Carpet Collection was wonderful! The salespeople are absolutely wonderful. They were just very considerate and listened to my questions and helped me to figure out what my best options were. They showed me different options and advised and helped me to figure out what it was I wanted coming out of this. The installers were absolutely fantastic too! Excellent communication. Had to cancel initial installation date. I was called in plenty of time and a new date set up quickly. Installation was as painless as possible. The installer, Ron, was very personable and cooperative. He also was extrememly neat and was great with the clean up. more

This was my first experience with A & S Carpet Collection. When I went to the store, I dealt with Jeff. He was easy to get along with, patient with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He had a lot of good ideas as far as color schemes went. The entire process was laid back and easy. Dave came out to do the measuring and he was very thorough and very detailed. It was amazing! I ordered the carpet and it took a couple weeks before it came in, which I guess is standard. I think they offer competitive pricing, it's right in line with other places I checked out. I like how they don't make you pay the total cost up front, you can pay some when you order and the rest when the job's done. The installers came to install it and it was very easy to communicate with them. They were in and out within two hours, and that included pulling up the old carpet. They really have it down to science and are very good! It looks beautiful. I am so happy with the results. more

From measuring my home to date of installation they were on time for every scheduled appointment. The crew was professional and courteous, and were considerate with my request to please take care on the freshly painted walls. more

We've dealt with A & S Carpet Collection over the years several times, and every time it's been a positive experience. They are very polite, and very quick to get back to you. They tell you the prices right then and there, they come out and measure promptly, and they show up when they say they will. I've gone to these people for years! Trust me, I sure as heck wouldn't keep going back to A & S Carpet Collection if I didn't like their service or their products. I also like that they are local and are not a big box store. They really bend over backwards to help you find everything you're looking for. They've done my kitchen floor, my living room carpet and other projects too. From the get go they really are great. From the store itself, with a great selection of products and friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the person who comes in to do the measuring, to the installers who are like Santa Claus, in and out so quickly! The installers are very nice, neat, clean and do a great job. I think this company is excellent! more

Excellent service and incredible selection of high quality lines. Pricing for the same Shaw product was not only less money here but included an 8 lbs pad. A&S performs their own installation work which is paramount to quality control. We had an outstanding experience working with Jeff and Dave in the showroom and the installation crew did a meticulous job on the install. Very pleased and will definitely be back. more

I was extremely pleased with A & S Carpet Collection. If I hadn't have known that they had put the carpet in, I wouldn't have known that they were here! Everything was immaculately cleaned up. There wasn't a scrap of carpet, or a piece of padding left: nothing. Everything was cleaned up so nicely. The carpets were vacuumed afterwards, and they looked better than they did before they put them in. It was just an extremely pleasing experience. A & S Carpet Collection is coming back tomorrow to put more carpet in for me. I wish I had them put the other carpet in that we had installed in the house previously. The carpet they installed is an excellent grade. It looks good, and the installation was good too. Nothing was damaged when they were done, and nothing was out of place. If they moved anything, it was put back again. Even when we were there with them, A & S Carpet Collection was very patient. They explained everything, including what options there were and what they could do. After they measured, they later called back to admit they weren't sure about some of the measurements, instead of just guessing and taking their chances. They asked me if it was alright to come back to make sure of the measurements, which of course was fine by me, and they returned promptly and got what they needed. The room they did on the first floor living room is very oddly shaped. A & S Carpet Collection managed to lay the carpet neatly, and there was very little waste. I also appreciate that they were not aggressive or at all pushy. I at first had some reservations about putting in carpet over the hardwood on my stairs. They told me that if it anytime I wasn't comfortable with what we were going to do, or even if I wanted to go with someone else, that I should go right ahead. They were very helpful. more

A & S Carpet Collection really went out of their way to make our house beautiful. Frank and the rest of the staff were terrific. Everyone was easy to work with, professional and family-friendly. Also, they offer really competitive rates. They worked on installing hardwood floors, carpeting and ceramic tile throughout our entire house. We are amazed with the results, everything looks seamless, flush and perfect. They even worked on our fireplace, tiling it from floor to ceiling and it looks gorgeous! Frank was great. He kept me informed and up-to-date with everything with constant walkthroughs, phone calls etc; great communication. I always felt really comfortable and well taken care of by everyone there. This was a great experience, we are so happy with the results. Our home looks amazing! more

A & S Carpet Collection was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them. They answered all my questions, and everyone was great. They were very nice to work with, and even the installers answered all of my questions. They put carpet in the living room, the hallway, two bedrooms, and on the steps. They also put in a kitchen floor. The installers for the kitchen flooring didn't quit until they were done, and they worked from 9 to 9. As far as I can tell, they did an excellent job. The carpeting also looks fine. I am very pleased. They pushed the edges tight along the wall, which I think is very important. They did a very good job. They were really great. They just kept working away, even longer hours than they had to. They were very careful about moving furniture and would put pieces of carpeting down to protect the floors. They did a very good job, and I would recommend them. more

We have used A & S Carpet previously and were well satisfied. We were in the process of building a new home, and we got a competitive bid from them. They actually came in cheaper than the contractor's recommended installer, so they did our whole house. We are very well pleased with them. Their quality is excellent, and their customer service is wonderful. They did carpeting, hardwood, and ceramic tile throughout the house. I also like going in to their store. I like it that they recognize me and are very friendly. Of course we dealt with them on our house, but I still feel that it is not like other stores that don't recognize you. I was out there today looking for back splash for our kitchen. They worked with me and never hurried me. They treat my time as important and don't go off to work with someone else. I often deal with flooring contractors, and most recently I got some pricing to do work from another flooring provider. I felt that they were exorbitantly priced. I also needed carpet for my own house, and so I stopped by A and S Carpet. They beat the other contractor's price by a lot. I couldn't pass them up. I had them do the work for me, and I was very impressed. The guys who did the installation were very courteous. They didn't complain once during the entire process. They had to move a lot of furniture, take it apart, and move it back. I also have 3 little dogs, and they were nice to them. They never complained about any of the work, and I appreciated that. We went from bare floors to carpet, and it looks very good. The carpet we chose was a middle of the road type of carpet, and it feels good and looks good. Any other future work for me, or for my employer, will go to A and S Carpet. more

We have been dealing with A and S Carpet for more than 15 years and they are phenomenal. We started using them at our previous home based on the recommendations from our neighbors. A and S installed carpet in 3 quarters of the rooms, installed blinds, and did some tile work. We then moved into a new home, so we obviously did not need new carpet. However, the carpet in the new home was wrinkled in some places, so we contacted George at A and S to come out and re-stretch the carpets to make them look nice. We stayed in touch, and when it came time recently to replace some of the carpet in the house, we called him back. They installed carpet in our family room, a hallway, and they did the stairs. It looks fantastic. Our experience with A and S Carpet has been fantastic. When you are in their store, the sales staff have a no-pressure approach, and they offer a great selection. And, the installers, especially Jack, are just phenomenal. As we learned from our new house, if you do not have a good installer, it can ruin the whole job. more

The carpet installers came in about 8:30 and they worked nonstop until 4 or 4:30. They never broke for lunch, they just worked. They put down carpet in the living room, dinging room, bedrooms, and hallway, and there was a lot of trimming. It was a lot of work, but I never even saw them break, and I was in the house the whole day because it was raining. They just worked continuously. When they were finished, they put everything back and they vacuumed the rug. They cleaned as much as possible, and before they left they asked if there was anything else they could do. I was very impressed. If I were an employer, I would definitely hire them, and I have told all of my neighbors about A and S Carpet. more
