Review content:
First of all, A & S has a beautiful showroom right here, locally, in the neighborhood. They are really friendly, and it's great to be able to go somewhere locally that is super professional, very friendly, has high quality products goods and competitive prices, and I would know because I've shopped around.
When they came into my home, everything was exactly like they told me it was going to be. The guys did all the moving of the furniture for us, so we only had to pick up all the little items. They were quick, professional, they treated my home carefully, and the quality of the work was just phenomenal. They did run into unexpected things because it is an old house and that's just what happens, but they were able to make adjustments without becoming upset or anything. I've had other contractors come in to do work and even if they were really good they expressed their frustration more than they should have, but these guys, especially the hardwood installer, Tim, they were all mellow and didn't make a fuss about running into glitches. They handled it all very well, every step of the way.
