My wife and I recently used A and S Carpet for the fourth time. We don't even bother shopping at big box stores anymore because we feel that the quality we get from A and S is so much better. The first experience we had with them was over 10 years ago, and because of that experience we continue to use them.
In our new house we have used them for the basement, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. They did the bathrooms in tile. We have been dealing with the same contact person for multiple years, and he does all our estimates. He has always been great as well as timely.
All of their employees are extremely knowledgeable and none of them try to oversell their products. In fact, when we were looking at ceramic for the bathroom, they steered us towards vinyl instead. Though it has the same look as ceramic, it was a much better choice economically for us. They really want to give us what we need and are not interested in forcing a sale. Because of this we respect their integrity and their recommendations.
From the sales staff, to the preparation and installation staff we get great service and are extremely happy. Even though we get different installers every time, they are always meticulous. They bring problem areas to our attention before preceding, and really do a great job.
A and S Carpet really gives great customer service. My wife and I are both completely satisfied. They have high quality work.
