Review content:
We were very unfamiliar with the area and were planning a move from out of state. Before we began apartment hunting with A+, we had a lot of open ended questions about the apartment we wanted and Julio was so patient and guided us through very many options.
He took all of the things that were most important to us and made every effort to find a lot of apartments to choose from that included the strengths we asked for.
We were working on a deadline and he worked as hard as he could to make sure we had made a comfortable decision. It was a really great experience working with Julio (or him working hard for us) and we couldn't have been any more relieved knowing that we had made the right decision.
Oh, and Julio is a great people person. He knows a lot of the apartment managers, or is great at meeting them, and always tries to get the best deal on rent. That always helps.
