APARTMENT SEEKERS *READ THIS*\r \r We had called A plus locators on a Saturday and we didn't know if they were busy or not but we went and we didn't have to wait long. The person we were supposed to see wasn't there so we ended up meeting with Rick Del Barto. He was friendly and he started helping us right away. He asked us about what we wanted and right away he suggested a location that was VERY close to my work. He called them and got all the information and we were impressed right away. He then called about 10-15 other places to make sure we wouldn't miss out on anything. We kept going back to the one he recommended at first. \r We then went to the apartment location and checked them out. They were beautiful!! Brand new apartments and at a great price. Rick knew what we wanted and didn't want right away. We saw everything on our check list.\r I am so glad we ended up working with Rick because he knows what he is doing and he is very easy to talk to. We actually came across some background issues but he checked in with us and made a phone call to try and move things along. He then was able to give us the news that we were APPROVED! This was the first place we looked at and we are so happy to say we will be moving in June 1st! \r \r I highly recommend Rick Del Barto and A plus apartment locators. To whom it may concern\r \r I went to apartment locators to look for an apartment in the Austin area and was introduce to Desriee which turned out to be a blessing. \r Desiree listened to what kind of apartment i wanted and went to work right away on the search. a little while later she had four apartments lined up for us to go look at.\r I am very pleased with her performance and attitude and would tell any body that is looking like i was to go see her, she is a great asset to your company as i am sure all other employes are. My husband and I met with Rick Del Barto about locating an apartment for us after I had been turned down due to bad credit at several apartments. I was concerned about not being able to find a nice apartment in a nice (safe!) area because of our scores. Rick found us the perfect place in the perfect location - we love it! He didn't waste our time or money taking us everywhere we liked, he made sure they would work with us first. I HIGHLY recommend Rick for all your apartment locating needs! more

Tom Harrell with A+ is a lifesaver! I needed to move into a new apartment in less than 30 days and thought I'd have to settle for whatever I could get. Tom took charge and found me exactly what I wanted. He really took time to listen to me and knew exactly what to show me so that I didn't waste a lot of time looking at lot of apartments that weren't right for me or didn't have any vacancies. John Gutierrez tracked down several apartments that were in the area I was interested in and within my price range. When I flew to Austin to see the apartments, he picked me up at the airport, showed me the apartments, and dropped me off at my hotel afterward. If you're looking to move to Austin and want to avoid the stress and legwork of finding an apartment, definitely call A+. more

I needed to find a place in less than a 6/3/2012

I needed to find a place in less than a week I contacted A Plus Apartment Locators through their website. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Ingrid Pair checking to see what I was looking for. We set up a time for me to come by the office that Saturday at 2 pm. Once I arrived Ingrid sat down with me went over exactly was important to me and picked some places that matched my criteria and made some calls. She then told me what was available and drove me to the apartment to look at them. The first apartment was nice and met my needs but she wanted me to check out one more complex before I made a decision. I am glad she did because she took me to a brand new complex that was great. She even took me to an ATM to get the deposit and a money order. She is a very knowledgable person a I recommend any one looking for an apartment to use this service it is completely free an takes a lot of stress away from searching for apartments. more

Great Experience 11/20/2011

Being new to Austin, this was definitely the way to go. My husband and I worked with Chad and he was great! We told him what we were looking for and he was very interested in helping us. He was also very straight-forward which I appreciated very much. We needed to be in a place by a specific date and with Chad's help, we made that happen. I was VERY stressed out and Chad told me ""let me do the stressing, you need to relax."" I highly recommend A+ and Chad! more

Easiest Way to find an Apartment 9/16/2011

I have had the hassle of looking for an apartment on my own, spending all of my saturdays in one month checking out place after place. I will never do that again. Chris at Aplus asked me what I was looking for, helped refine my search, and took me to two places, both great! Then we went with the one that offered me the best deal! And the best part was that it was a free service!! I will be using Chris at Aplus from now on, no more endless searching for me! And I will recommend him to everyone I know!! more
