I called this florist today to ensure that my order was being processed and to see when the recipient would recieve them. A very lazy male voice answered the phone and i asked to get a status check. He put me on hold for about 8 minutes and then a lady picked up the phone. I said, ""Hi, I have been on hold for 8 minutes, I just want a status check"" and her response was ""how can i help you"" - no apologies or nothing. I was told they sent a confirmation to 1800 flowers and that it was delivered. No thanks for your business, just ""okay, good bye."" \r

$80+ for some flowers and a $15 service fee, i expected much better service. Wont be using this company again. I would recommend that you, the reader, not use them either. Very dissapointed. You're better off going to Whole Foods and you can buy the same amount of flowers and probably better quality, get better service for a quarter of the price. \r
