My boyfriend wanted to surprise me after Valentines day by sending me flowers at my work place. The flowers never arrived, and the company failed to process a return or pick up their phone for days and days afterward. The person (his name was Anthony) who FINALLY picked up the phone had a poor attitude and basically shrugged off the mistake and offered no apology saying it would take days to process a return. I'm pretty sure I've never recieved worst customer experience in my life, and it ruined our valentines day. Do NOT use this company for any event. \r
