I'm a former athlete, and she customized strength training workouts that were perfect at each stage of my 'comeback' to being looking and feeling my best. As a nutritionist she was supportive, and it was her incremental approach of having me gradually drop bad dietary habits and coping behaviors that helped me get off to a successful start and continue to lose fat and build muscle throughout my 'training/process' of getting back into shape.
I feel great, and self confident again, and now know that I'm not going back to being that out of shape and misreable.
