I'm finishing up 9 months of working with her, and I've lost a total of almost 36 lbs of fat, and even built up lean muscles after weight training with her. She guided me at every stage of my weight loss, and was patient, yet firmly encouraging me to change some of my dietary habits that were holding me back. Working out with weights at the beginning was not an easy task for me, but she was patient and now I feel I confident enough to strength train on a weekly basis on my own. I feel this was an investment that was definitely worth it. I love the way I look, feel great, and at almost 40 pounds lighter, have much higher energy levels.
As an MD in internal medicine I'm always recommending to my patients to eat better, but now I have a more thorough knowledge of what that really means, plus I have a qualified nutritionist I can recommend my patients too.
