Good: Don't be fooled by the polite lady named Milana who sets up your move and pay the deposit with. That's the last you'll ever speak to her and the last time you'll speak to someone on the phone fore more than a second.. Bad: They didn't return my phone calls for two weeks. They were very rude on the phone. The lady yelled at me. When I spoke to a man and told him what happened, he said "there's no need to apologize". They accused me of lying.. Improvements: I'd like for every employee in this company to take customer service classes. Like to for the company to admit when they were wrong and apologize for their actions.. Other: I don't understand how they are in business. I don't understand how they can conduct business in such atrocious way and still exist..
