Good: Don't be fooled by the polite lady named Milana who sets up your move and pay the deposit with. That's the last you'll ever speak to her and the last time you'll speak to someone on the phone fore more than a second.. Bad: They didn't return my phone calls for two weeks. They were very rude on the phone. The lady yelled at me. When I spoke to a man and told him what happened, he said "there's no need to apologize". They accused me of lying.. Improvements: I'd like for every employee in this company to take customer service classes. Like to for the company to admit when they were wrong and apologize for their actions.. Other: I don't understand how they are in business. I don't understand how they can conduct business in such atrocious way and still exist.. more

Before my last moving which was performed by Julians Van Lines Movers, I use to rent a small truck and have my friends do mu moving out of the old place and then moving in the new place. As I got older and certainly my friends did the same, it became difficult to impose upon them. Therefore this time and specially in the snow, I had to search for a moving company with excellent movers. I was scared in the beginning to try and after I called few movers on the phone and encountered their rough answers on the phone, I was even more intimidated. However, I decided to make one more phone call, and that was to this company called Julians Van Lines. They really took my stress away. I jokingly recommended to their saleswoman to be my shrink. She was so nice, pleasant, understanding, and honest. Her advices were great, and the estimated price quoted was affordable and accurate . They are really great and professional movers. I advise everyone who needs to move to give them a call and use for their moves. more
