Replacing one damaged tire, resolved half of my tire problems.
That only 1 replacement tire - like mine - was currently in stock, fixed HALF of my tire troubles.
That a "We'll order that other tire & schedule its installation ASAP at your convenience" wasn't offered is as surprising as was the absence of "Let's rotate your tires & check your alignment, while you're here".
Let's not confuse activity with accomplishment.
