Almost moppets Warranty Work... 6/29/2014

Replacing one damaged tire, resolved half of my tire problems. That only 1 replacement tire - like mine - was currently in stock, fixed HALF of my tire troubles. That a "We'll order that other tire & schedule its installation ASAP at your convenience" wasn't offered is as surprising as was the absence of "Let's rotate your tires & check your alignment, while you're here". Let's not confuse activity with accomplishment. An on-site Customer Satisfaction Assurance Manager, with absolute authority, would be an ideal refinement to your overall business model, enduring long-term success, given customer satisfaction. more

Great job as always 5/29/2014

Drove in with the engine gasping for breath and the transmission a mess...took them under 15 minutes to sort out what was up and under a day to get the parts and fix it. These guys know their stuff! more

Commitment and Courtesy 1/18/2014

Just last week i called to order a battery for my 04 BMW X5. It was available for pick-up the following day. Three days later I went to make my purchase successfully. Thank You for your commitment, and courtesy. I choose the term courtesy because the battery was taken out and loaded into my vehicle. more

Fine tire service and good auto repair. 2/3/2011

All Star Tire & Auto Service Company was fine. I first heard about them when a coworker referred them to me. I've been doing business with them for years. They have mostly done tire work for me, though the most recent work they did was a service repair issue, which they did fine. more

The best shop I have ever dealt with. 1/24/2011

All Star Tire & Auto Service is very professional, and they are all very friendly. Every one of them, mechanics included, always has something nice to say. They a cheerful, great bunch of guys and gals. They are also cost-oriented for their customer. They are upfront about everything. I have been using them, give or take, 15 years. I use them for everything. Their work is excellent, and if something doesn't go right they have no problems redoing it or checking it out. It is very rare. I don't think I have ever had to take a car back to them to do it again. They take care of their customers. I am almost 60 years old, and All Star Tire is the absolute best I have ever dealt with. Great customer service 5/1/2006

We use All Star for all of our oil change and auto services needs. They have a free downtown shuttle service which is extremely nice. We drop off on our way to work, get shuttled to work and picked up to return for our vehicle. Extremely reasonable priced for oil changes and they don't always try to sell me every new filter imaginable like those Quik Lube places. You can even pick up your vehicle after hours if you have a credit card on file to charge your services on. Staff is always friendly too. more
