I retained Richard to assist me with my disability case. Richard’s and Rose’s (Paralegal) up front and honest communications of how slow the government moves and how long the process could take were both disappointing (by the slowness of government) yet reassuring by Richard that a promising outcome would be highly likely.
We were so close to getting a resolution in my case when our government decided to shut down for weeks. Richard’s office kept me very informed of what was going on with my case during those trying times.
