Review content:
I retained Richard to assist me with my disability case. Richard’s and Rose’s (Paralegal) up front and honest communications of how slow the government moves and how long the process could take were both disappointing (by the slowness of government) yet reassuring by Richard that a promising outcome would be highly likely.
We were so close to getting a resolution in my case when our government decided to shut down for weeks. Richard’s office kept me very informed of what was going on with my case during those trying times.
The open communications and his, “There is no stupid question” made me feel I was being taken care of by the BEST!
Richard’s outlook of being prepared for everything had my confidence level extremely high that a favorable outcome would be granted. And it was!!!!
Without Richard and his staff, I don’t know what my next steps in life would have been. His persistence and knowledge of the “system” gave me a future.
