This is an update on a previous post. Richard has continued to represent me in a professional and courteous manner. My case has continued through the court system with Richard and his paralegal Rose helping me in the pursuit of my legal rights as an injured worker. I wouldn't have received those rights without both of them. The insurance companies have legal representation at their disposal and use them wisely in their quest for what they think is right. Getting hurt at work is never what any worker wants ... I surely didn't! When that happens you're forced into a legal system that you're not accustomed to being in and legal representation is warranted. Having Richard as your attorney will allow you to know that you're being represented by one of the best Workers Compensation Attorneys in the Delaware Valley. I have been out of work for almost 2 years Mr Jaffe is representing me with a workers comp and with disability. Richard A Jaffe, LLC represented me in my workers comp case and his knowledge, foresight, and understanding of all aspects of the law was incredible. I retained Richard to assist me with my disability case. Richard’s and Rose’s (Paralegal) up front and honest communications of how slow the government moves and how long the process could take were both disappointing (by the slowness of government) yet reassuring by Richard that a promising outcome would be highly likely. We were so close to getting a resolution in my case when our government decided to shut down for weeks. Richard’s office kept me very informed of what was going on with my case during those trying times. The open communications and his, “There is no stupid question” made me feel I was being taken care of by the BEST! Richard’s outlook of being prepared for everything had my confidence level extremely high that a favorable outcome would be granted. And it was!!!! When I first meet Mr. Jaffe, I was so hurt and disappointed about my work related injury. I love my job however, when my pain increased I could no longer perform the job. I knew I needed legal advice that is when I decided to look in the yellow pages and I found Mr. Jaffe. When I talked to him on the phone he listened to my concerns and attended to my needs.
