So here is my third review. I am writing it because a job that I was told would be done in one day took two weeks, and after 3 months has yet to be approved by the city inspector. My grandmother owns my home and paid $6500 to have the main sewer line replaced. During the time they were working at my home, I walked out to the two techs having a VERY inappropriate conversation. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. The technician smoked a cigarette in my garage. Trash was left in my yard in between working. In the process of all this, my sprinkler system is no longer working. The sidewalk had to be torn out, and redone by preferred plumbing. It looked terrible and the city inspector has asked them to fix it. They showed up to my home unannounced to repair it. While the two technicians were here, one spent at least 30 minutes on his phone screaming at his ex wife. He was yelling obscenities and made me very nervous. The only thing that was accomplished work wise was a big hole in the sidewalk which still remains. I called that day and was told that a supervisor was not available and left a message for them to return my call. The next day I received nothing. I called again only to be told the same thing. I am just appalled by the lack of professionalism or respect for paying customers. Hire another company. You won't regret it.

These will be addressed with my employees as it is not ok. Getting feed back good and bad makes us better for our customers. I will be investigating this more and get back to you with what i found as well.
