Unreliable, watch the fine print 9/19/2013

I met with an NCC salesman Perry Housman and ordered a particular type of flooring, named "Woodstock". This flooring is brown/blonde in color. The contract clearly stated the name of the flooring to be installed. I had to take a business trip abroad so my housekeeper (part time cleaner, in other words) was to take delivery. As stated by Perry Housman in an email sent to me shortly after I choose the flooring, "All scheduling and particulars will be worked out thru Annita." "Scheduling and particulars" refers to the scheduling and the manner and place of delivery. It does not give the person taking delivery the right to change an order to suit HER tastes. But when I returned home I was Shocked! Outranged! Aghast! Instead of the brown/blond Woodstock flooring that I had ordered, I had ORANGE/RED/BROWN flooring that to me looks like vomit -- even worse, given the color of the other flooring in my apartment. In response to my outraged email letting him know that I HATED the flooring that NCC had installed, Perry Housman claims that the housekeeper changed the order and he had the "impression" that she had the authority to do this. I cannot know what happened with the housekeeper and the salesman. He may be too good at his job. I want the flooring that NCC installed OUT! I want the flooring that I ordered. I have paid for half of it. Currently, while I wait for progress on this, I have covered up most of the flooring with rugs and mats that are really too large for the areas but do cover a significant portion of the floor. Imagine that someone ordered a pool in their backyard and clearly marked the location. Then their housekeeper, who was to be there when the pool was put in. decided it should be someplace else. Now besides the distress of not having what I ordered, I have the expense of the mats and rugs to cover the flooring that was installed. And there will probably be legal expenses. By the way, watch the fine print with this company!! In now reading the fine print, it states that I am liable for legal costs incurred in collection of the debt -- for the horrid flooring installed that I did not want and did not order. This is the second review I have put on the internet. I cannot find the first. RESPONSE FROM Nashville Carpet Center: In response to this customer's negative review, Nashville Carpet Center (NCC) maintains that numerous statements made by this customer are inaccurate and that NCC acted in good faith in the performance of its contract with this customer.
