Technicians from Nashville Carpet Center replaced carpeting in my living room, three bedrooms, a hallway, and seven steps. Judy, the sales representative in the show room, was super nice. I couldn't make up my mind about which carpet I wanted and she helped me pick out a few to take home. She brought more samples a few days later and together we picked out one that looks great. The technicians who came to install our selection were very nice. Everything looks great, but I am especially impressed with the job they did on the steps. The old carpet on the stairs used to be different and everyone who comes into the house notices and compliments the steps right off. My husband watches our pennies and he was really happy with the price or we would have shopped elsewhere. Our carpet looks amazing now and I recommend Nashville Carpet Center for excellent service. more

I loved Nashville Carpet Center. I used them ten years ago and I went back. They are just very professional and they show up on time. They just care. You get somebody on the phone when you call and they are just awesome. They may cost a little bit more, but it's worth it. I went in, picked out a sample, and in less than two weeks, I have carpet in. They even cleaned up after themselves. This is the way it should be. more

Nashville Carpet Center was a great company to work with. They installed carpets in two rooms. The sales lady Judy was excellent, had a great spirit, enthusiasm, and nice energy. Their pricing was also competitive. The installer, Brad, was the best I've ever had. He was very low-key as a person, but really knew his business. After the job was done, he examined the finished installation, and noticed a small bump in the middle of the room. I guess a small piece of padding was wedged between the carpet and padding. Most people would have probably walked over the spot and smudged it out with their boot, but not Brad. He had the carpet pulled up so the piece could be removed. The guy was a true professional, and I would use his service any time. more

The person we worked with from Nashville Carpet Center, Judy Robinson, was fabulous! We hired them to work on a recording studio, and she gave us a lot of good ideas. Many of the ideas we initially had for colors and such were too residential. Judy wasn't afraid to give it a modern edge, and the end product was fabulous! She was very helpful, and it all came together very nicely! more

Judy from Nashville Carpet Center came out to my house with some carpet samples, and vinyl floor samples for the kitchen. I have three dogs, so she helped me select a carpet, padding, and vinyl that was dog-friendly. The installation went great, and I had no problems. I'm very happy with it! more

Nashville Carpet Center was a good experience. We had water damage in our home and it flooded three rooms. The Carpet Center was able to clean it all up and fix the damage. They were very informational with the bills and insurance. In the long run, the prices were very good and everything was done quickly because they jumped right on it. more

I have been a customer of Nashville Carpet Center for awhile. We have a mid-century modern home with a white shag carpet. I went in recently to get a carpet I had purchased from them before, replaced exactly. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued, but they were able to help me find something comparable. They installed a new carpet in my living, dining, and master bedrooms. The carpet was initially installed poorly, and the seams were visible. The good part was that they came back and fixed it at their own expense. They did the right thing, and I am happy with their service. I would recommend them. more

She did follow-up calls, and would let me know of the order status of my carpet. She inspected the home before bringing the carpet to my house. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

I really feel comfortable recommending Nashville Carpet Center to others because they are honest and professional and I had a great experience with them. I had ordered carpet from them which was to be installed throughout the upstairs in my house, and it was going to be a big and expensive project. When the carpet showed up, the installers realized that the backing on the carpet wasn't right and it would wear down significantly faster than a normal carpet would. The installers brought the issue to the attention of the company and they confirmed that it was flawed so they had to re-order the right carpet. Although I had to wait an extra month or so because of the flawed carpet, I really appreciated how honest the installers were. They could have just installed the poor quality carpet and I would have been stuck with it, but they clearly value doing the job right and making sure that we got what we wanted. The right carpet was worth the wait, and the way that they handled the problem was just great. Everybody that I dealt with was very nice, helpful, and friendly and it was great dealing with them. Overall, it was a great experience and I was happy with the quality customer service. more

He showed me samples, and was very patient while I made my decision. They came out the next week and did carpeting in 3 rooms and our stairs. I would use them again for sure. more

I am very happy with Nashville Carpet Center. I bought a house and had them come out to evaluate if the carpet needed to be replaced. The salesman that came out was very informative and helpful. I had them replace the carpet in the bedroom upstairs and a few other areas. The installers worked very quickly and did a great job. The prices were also very reasonable. I was concerned about the quality of people that might be sent out to install the carpet but that isn't even a threat with them.
