Mary Coakley has been my psychiatric nurse practitioner for many years now. I have found her to be a caring and compassionate person, and completely professional. I had many problems adjusting to medications, and Mary always listened to my problems with empathy, and addressed my concerns. She always made herself available to me when I needed to consult her or during times I was in crisis. She always discussed treatment and drug options with me and was very aware of my fears and concerns. Through trial and error we eventually found the right medications to treat my particular illness. Her goal was to work with me toward good mental health and she never let me down. I continue to see Mary as my psycho-therapist. I am completely satisfied and feel confident in recommending Mary Coakley to others in need of psychiatric treatment.
