Suffering a fire loss or any type of major property claim is a stressful and hard time for the owner. We are able to relieve the burden for the homeowner and handle all aspects of the insurance claim. We use industry specific vendors to write estimates of damage and repair that are accepted by insurance companies for negotiation.\r

Mr. Burke personally does each and every Total Loss Inventory on our client's contents and does not sub-contract this out to minimum wage workers. \r

We work with several relocating firms to get our clients in a temporary house or hotel while repairs are being finished, many times loaning clients money to cover these expenses until they are reimbursed by the insurance company.\r

It is an absolute fact we get our clients a higher settlement with our assistance than what would've been offered by the insurance company.
