Don't Do Business with them. They give you false promises and once you sign with them you are on your own. THEY DO NOT WORK FOR YOU, they will put you aside once they get money from the insurance company. We had a terrible experience with them and their contractor. They will BS you and give you the run around. more

Burke & Associates. I have worked for the company since its inception in December of 1997. Mr. Burke has over 25 years of insurance adjusting industry experience. Our company has negotiated thousands of insurance claims in the best interests of our homeowners. We are able to relieve the burden for the homeowner and handle all aspects of the insurance claim. Yea they are all a bunch LIARS!!!! Dont use there service, you will REGRET it... your better off using your insurance company, they will keep your insurance money.. what they say and what they do are not the same, there out to get your insurance money to keep it for themselves, they care less about the victim and there loss SO DONT USE G.W. I am sure that the glowing reviews are by gw burkes employees or even the big burke himself. His representative lied straight to our face just to get us to sign. Then when the money finally came in the big burke himself lied to us. You are made to feel all important (and it works because youre going through a disaster and are pretty f'ed up, I mean come on our house just burned down) and as soon as they get paid youre on your own. If we had know then what we know now we wouldve just taken our chances with the insurance company. GW Burke made our bad situation worse.....BEWARE more

Just want to say thank you to GW Burke & Associates for making this process much easier for me to handle. Not only did they take care of everything for me...they got me much more back than my insurance company was planning on settling for me. I would recommend this service to any of my family and friends who experience this type of loss...They are the BEST! more

If you have signed there is still time to get out within three days. DO IT NOW. Though they do get more money from the insurance company than you would by yourself. However, between them and their inhouse contractors, they pocket most all of the money. They make many promises about temp housing then send you a bill if you complain. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME ... just call thier own references. When they first come out they give you a packet with some previous clients or References... call them at least half of them had bad experiences. Pros: They sell it good when you are still recovering. Cons: They swoop down on fire victims and take them for thousands. more

My insurance company applied the 3 D's to me which stand for Deny, Delay and Defend, they gave their estimate on my house which was a ridiculos low figure, It was bad enough having my house burn down, I didnt need the aggravation of the insurance companies bs, to go with it. I hired GW Burke and Associates to handle my claim, not only did they get a fair amount for my claim, their contractors did an outstanding job of rebuilding my home, I would recomend their services, Pros: Handled my loss very quickly Cons: Should have hired them sooner more

These guys are currently under investigation from the state of CA. They keep money that is not theirs and ignore contracted rates. It is very difficult to litigate, so just warning you. You will win, but it takes a lot of time and money to get help. They cost far more than they save. \r \r \r Pros: very friendly and available up front Cons: this goes away once the contract is signed and they have insurance money more
