updated**I would strongly urge Jose G. and John H. to contact the Better Business Bureau about a complaint so it is something we can respond to and resolve (if valid) as opposed to leaving some disparaging remarks on a citysearch website. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and have been in business for over 15 years--this doesn't happen by ripping people off.\r

My name is Peter Sanger and I am the Office Manager of G.W. Burke & Associates. I have worked for the company since its inception in December of 1997. Mr. Burke has over 25 years of insurance adjusting industry experience. Our company has negotiated thousands of insurance claims in the best interests of our homeowners. We currently have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are an Accredited Member.\r

Suffering a fire loss or any type of major property claim is a stressful and hard time for the owner. We are able to relieve the burden for the homeowner and handle all aspects of the insurance claim. We use industry specific vendors to write estimates of damage and repair that are accepted by insurance companies for negotiation.\r

Mr. Burke personally does each and every Total Loss Inventory on our client's contents and does not sub-contract this out to minimum wage workers. \r

We work with several relocating firms to get our clients in a temporary house or hotel while repairs are being finished, many times loaning clients money to cover these expenses until they are reimbursed by the insurance company.\r

We are very successful in what we do, as evidence by our claims history and the fact we have been in business for over 13 years. It is an absolute fact we get our clients a higher settlement with our assistance than what would've been offered by the insurance company. It's not always easy fighting for every penny and sometimes it causes necessary delays, but it is in the best interests of our clients.\r

We are required by the Department of Insurance to show full transparency with our contract and disclosure forms. We go above and beyond in our presentation to gain the trust of our clients and make them feel comfortable their interests are being protected. We're not successful unless we can successfully negotiate insurance claims.\r

Like in any business, you cant please everyone and I do not want to discount a couple of negative reviews as we are always striving to be better. We hope you consider G.W. Burke & Associates as your public adjuster if you ever have a need for our services. Thank You.
