I was in immediate need of buying a car, and one on the lot of Exceptional Motorcars caught my eye. When I stopped to look, I was greeted by Aaron who I could tell was a genuine, nice person. We exchanged cards, and I told him I would be back the next night.\r

He remembered that the car was not equipped with a spare tire and promised to find one and get it to me in the near future. That is something that I would have discovered at some future time when I was stranded on the road. \r
