Been to way to many dealerships trying to find a dealer that i could buy from and feel good about afterwards. This family run dealership stands for what dealerships are supposed to be...get me what i want at a reasonable price with no games no bs. Frank took the time to get me the very specific information i needed that i simply wouldnt buy a car without. Other dealers didnt want to bother as they were deciding on what information is important to me and which wasnt. Seems like Frank is just a regular guy trying to put food on the table and not make a fortune on someones misfortune..couldnt be happier with my purchase...will recommend and most likely be back for future cars more

Spoke with Aaron one morning about the car we were interested in and within 2 hours of placing an offer on are car, we became new owners of a BEAUTIFUL 1 owner Audi A6. I had worked my tail off to find this car for my fiancé but it was all about to finally pay off. Had all the paper work and money transferred within a few days and a truck carrier to haul it out to us 1,900 miles away in Montana for pennies? Received our car ahead of schedule and it was everything they said it was plus some. In this day in age it’s hard to take someone’s word especially a car salesman. I just bought an Audi from this dealership. I never heard of them before, but found them online. The price and location of the car attracted me. I drove out to the dealership all geared up to defend myself from manipulation and dishonest practices. I was pleasantly surprised to find normal, honest Frank and Aaron working there: father and son. Every question I asked them about the car was answered back with honest, direct, and quick answers. They were very helpful and down to earth about everything and provided excellent solutions to any alterations that I talked them about. Also, I was able to test drive the car that I was looking at very quickly and by myself, which I prefer. When I thought there was a problem with the car, which there wasn't, I called them right away and was told by Frank that my Warranty will cover the item and if it didn't, he would fix it. He actually does stand behind his product it seems and I get the impression he knows the warranty's very well. Trust me, this intensifies ones satisfaction and confidence more than you may realize until you actually drive a car off their lot knowing that you are well taken care of and that you have got a good deal on top of all that! They stayed late to make sure that I could drive off with my new Audi that day, and they did small extra things for me that they didn't do for me at the other dealerships. Aaron sat down in my car with me, per my request and after the purchase, and showed me how everything works. Lastly, they don't have silly dealer fees and they got me a really good loan! So far, I feel really good about my car and the dealership. I am actually excited to go back there!\r \r Second Entry\r So, I have had my new Audi for a few days now. I love it and have absolutely no regrets about the car dealership that I bought the car from, the service they provided, the car I purchased, the price they gave me, nor the loan they obtained for me--and I am very hard to make happy as I expect high service and integrity from people at honest prices. I took my car there to get a few things looked at and to make the changes to the car that was promised to me before I purchased the car. Of course, everything was taken care of very easily and professionally. They loaned me another Audi to drive around for the day, paid for my gas, provided frequent updates, and did exactly what was agreed upon, and much more! This is truly a fantastic place to buy a car. I truly could not be happier with them. I wish I could patronize them more often but I can only buy so many luxury automobiles :( However, I plan on going back there next time I or my girlfriend buys another car and I'm very excited about it! I have just purchased my second pre-owned vehicle from Frank and his family. Without question it was one of the best experiences I've had when purchasing a vehicle. I drive by this place everyday to get to work. Last week, I noticed a gorgeous shiny yellow Camaro. And my curiousity got the better of me. I called and spoke with Aaron, who was very nice, friendlly and knowledgeable. \r \r Next thing I know......Nick & I we're taking it for a test drive. All I can say is ""WOW""! I've bought over 25 cars in the past 25 years and consider myself jaded for the most part by these experiences. However this is the second time I've dealt with Frank and his daughter , once again proving how simple , painless and cost effective purchasing an auto should be. They are an honest and straightshooting dealership of quality autos and do point out the minor flaws that any used car will ( and should ) have. I was in immediate need of buying a car, and one on the lot of Exceptional Motorcars caught my eye. When I stopped to look, I was greeted by Aaron who I could tell was a genuine, nice person. We exchanged cards, and I told him I would be back the next night.\r \r The following evening, I got out of work late and stopped at the dealership. Both Aaron and Frank made me their number one priority and very quickly, we were able to come to a fair deal.\r \r What happened next truly separated Exceptional Motorcars from a traditional dealership. I asked if we could just get the transaction done that evening, knowing that it was close to quitting time. Frank did the paperwork while Aaron cleaned the car. Aaron insisted that no car leaves the dealership without meeting his high standards. I drove home knowing that my decision to buy from Exceptional was the right one. Later that evening, I got a message from Frank. He remembered that the car was not equipped with a spare tire and promised to find one and get it to me in the near future. That is something that I would have discovered at some future time when I was stranded on the road. \r \r It is great to do business with people who take pride in what they do. I usually hate going to car dealerships. Dealing with car salesmen is like going to get a tooth pulled at the dentist. \r \r Exceptional Motorcars is unlike all other car dealerships. They are straight forward with you and they do not make anyone go back and forth to try to get a good price or get things fixed on your car. I asked what the warranty was and they said we will take care of everything we own the dealership. I was a little leary of that due to what other dealerships make you go through to get something fixed.\r \r I had an issue with a power steering leak and a windshield leak they did not hesitate to get it fixed. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They not only fixed those two things but had the rotors and brakes changed because the shop said they were in bad shape. \r \r There are people out there who still do actually care and try to do the right thing. Frank and Exceptional Motorcars are truely good people. more

I bought a used convertible from Exceptional Motorcars, and I have to tell you at first I was a little hesitant with the owner's (Frank) claim that ""you just call me if something goes wrong with this car."" \r \r The car itself is an awesome car and appeared to be very clean and in great condition. However, at 58,000 miles you just never know. Frank not only reassured me with a warranty, but also his word. \r \r I had to bring the car back to another state for inspection, and found out it needed front brakes. I notified Frank, and, without any questions/hassles, he reimbursed me for the cost of the work! He also followed up with a phone call to let me know that he wouldn't knowingly sell me a car that needed front brakes and was concerned that it wasn't caught by the thorough inspection he has done on his cars before they hit the lot.\r \r All said, I am extremely pleased. Not only did I get reimbursed, without a hassle, but a phone call on top of that was really great service. I will also add that this is the first on-line review I have ever written on a business.. that should tell you how very pleased I am. \r \r So, if you are in the market for a clean used car where the dealer really demonstrates integrity, do not hesitate to go to Exceptional Motorcars! more

First off, I would like the readers to know that I am a physician who has limited time on his hands. I would not be writing this review unless I was truly impressed by the service at Exceptional Motorscars. I searched for a used vehicle for 6 months before finally deciding upon a Jaguar X-Type AWD vehicle. I located an outstanding model at Exceptional Motorcars. I had the car pre-inspected by a private mechanic who found a few reasonable flaws...nothing out of the 'norm'. For instance the car needed a new boot, Navigation CD, and the AC charged. The owner (Frank) and his son welcomed the mechanic and most importantly took care of these minor issues without batting an eyelash. Furthermore, the owner and his son have excellent bedside manor and great demeanor. I have owned a Chrysler Crossfire, a Ford Taurus, a Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo, and a Jeep Liberty. All of these cars I bought new. I mean it when I say I that I feel I got better service and care at Exceptional Motorcars vs. Chrysler/Jeep/Ford. In Summary do not be hesitant to buy here! These guys provide Exceptional quality cars, and most importantly...Exceptional Service. I will very likely buy here again (and maybe again)... more

I generally feel tightness in the pit of my stomach when I have to buy a car. After buying my used Audi A4 at Exceptional Motorcars in Pittsburgh I found that any tension was caused by me anticipating the worst, not from Frank who owns the company and sells the cars. Frank was truly professional and voraciously honest. No games, no pressure just sincere answers to any questions I had. I can actually say I enjoyed the experience. That is not a common expression after buying a car from a used car dealer. But the real test of someone's ethics is when there is a problem. My Audi had a several hundred dollar unknown issue after I purchased it. The car was sold without a warranty from Exceptional. I accepted it that way. Frank was amazing; asking questions like ""Would you like to return the car and get a full refund?"" Saying things like, ""I'll take care of it and pay for everything,"" which he did. He stood behind what he sold and made it so peaceful and easy to do business with him. How often do you hear that? It was a solvable problem. I was very happy that I found Frank and Exceptional Motorcars and I will recommend him and buy from him in the future. more
