Review content:
I was in immediate need of buying a car, and one on the lot of Exceptional Motorcars caught my eye. When I stopped to look, I was greeted by Aaron who I could tell was a genuine, nice person. We exchanged cards, and I told him I would be back the next night.\r \r The following evening, I got out of work late and stopped at the dealership. Both Aaron and Frank made me their number one priority and very quickly, we were able to come to a fair deal.\r \r What happened next truly separated Exceptional Motorcars from a traditional dealership. I asked if we could just get the transaction done that evening, knowing that it was close to quitting time. Frank did the paperwork while Aaron cleaned the car. Aaron insisted that no car leaves the dealership without meeting his high standards. I drove home knowing that my decision to buy from Exceptional was the right one. Later that evening, I got a message from Frank. He remembered that the car was not equipped with a spare tire and promised to find one and get it to me in the near future. That is something that I would have discovered at some future time when I was stranded on the road. \r \r It is great to do business with people who take pride in what they do. That is how you stay in business for over 30 years at the same location, treat people right and deliver excellent customer service.
