We never had any problems with Dr. Frank until our cat had to have a tumor removed. He correctly diagnosed him and performed the surgery, however when we returned to have the stitches out 12 days later, a tech completed it and they never should have been taken out. His wound reopened later that day and we had to rush to find an emergency vet to fix our cat's open leg because his office closed early and the emergency vet line they take you to was closed also.\r

When we called the next day to discuss some sort of reimbursement or help with the new vet bill we were told it wasn't his fault and he would have even charged us for the anesthesia to put him back under to correct the problem had we returned to his office. We are now $600 in the hole (more than the original surgery even cost!) to fix something that he should have fixed himself. Not happy.
