I would need the date of your move in order to pull your file. I would be more than happy to investigate your claim, but I have never received a phone call from you nor have I ever received a claim form. If a customer is ever not satisfied with their move or should there be damages, we review the job and do the best we can to make sure our customer's are satisfied.
