As a representative of the company I would like to respond to the reviews posted below. 1) Robert B: When I first discovered your review on our company I immediately looked up your relocation, but was unable to locate anything under your name. I would need the date of your move in order to pull your file. I would be more than happy to investigate your claim, but I have never received a phone call from you nor have I ever received a claim form. If a customer is ever not satisfied with their move or should there be damages, we review the job and do the best we can to make sure our customer's are satisfied. Hopefully, I will hear from you soon in order to resolve this matter 2) Cologie614: I remember this clearly and this woman had changed her move destination from an apartment to a mini storage at the last minute.
